Booking & Cancellation Policy

Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary details and forms for your upcoming session. Please review this information carefully to ensure a smooth and fulfilling experience.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for all in person services. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment via email or phone up to 24 hours before your scheduled session.

  • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will incur a charge equal to 50% of the session fee.
  • Payments are non-refundable, but sessions can be rescheduled (subject to availability).

Refund Policy

  • There are no refunds for recorded or pdf readings.
  • By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
